On the morning of January 15, the fourth meeting of the 13th Qinhuangdao Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference successfully completed all agendas. Zeng Shengwen, chairman of Tianhui Group, attended the meeting as a member of the CPPCC Committee.
