On November 28, Haigang District held the founding meeting of the Association of Non-Party Intellectuals and New Social Classes. The meeting invited more than 100 non-party intellectuals from all walks of life in Haigang District and representatives of new social classes to participate, and leaders of other county and district United Front Departments were specially invited to observe. The meeting was chaired by Gao Yonglin, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Minister of United Front Work.Xie Haimei, a third-level researcher from the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the meeting to congratulate and deliver a speech.
